Pioneer of sustainable fashion. 18 years ago, inspired by her blacksmith grandfather and seamstress grandmother — and committed to leaving a better world for the next generation — Maria Silvia founded Regenesi to reimagine how fashion is made, then Regenstech to make technology the enabler of that vision. Today she contributes to the Board of CNA and FIDAPA BPW, and regularly brings the real world into the classroom at the University of Bologna

Seasoned executive turned full-time entrepreneur. Alfredo built his career leading HR and Operations at Vodafone, Seat Pagine Gialle, Datalogic, and Bologna Business School — always alongside his role as co-founder of Regenesi and Regenstech. Today, as co-founder and Managing Director of both Regenesi and Regenstech where he holds a minority stake — he is fully focused on scaling circular economy solutions for fashion and textile, shaping both companies around a generative hub model: organizations that create value through relationships. The strategic complement to Maria Silvia’s pioneering vision.
